Instant Workflows

Try, share, and call a working workflow before anyone signs up.

An Instant Workflow is a link to a published workflow that anyone can run, read-only, without an account. Visitors see what it does and how its steps connect, fill in a form, run it, and read the result. When they want to change it, they save their own editable copy.

Two ways to get one

  • Share one of your workflows. In the Studio, publish a version, then choose Share and create a link. The link always runs that version, even after you publish again. Turn a link off from the same dialog at any time; it stops working immediately.
  • Describe one. On Try it free, describe what you want automated. The Studio assistant builds the workflow and publishes it to a link that works for 30 days. No account needed.

Free trials

Everyone who opens a link gets their own trial, separate from everyone else's:

  • 1,000 calls and 15,000 credits (Decision AI and Generative AI), for 30 days. Kovca covers them: they never count against the sharer's plan or appear in their usage. While all trials together reach Kovca's daily trial budget, new runs return 503 SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE for a while.
  • 10 calls and 30 evaluations per minute.
  • Shared and generated workflows can have up to 10 Decision AI steps.
  • HTTP request steps return their sample response and send nothing. A trial never uses the sharer's connections or credentials.
  • Unless the link can be customized (below), visitors see the steps and their results for their own input, never mappings, condition rules, Decision AI questions, Generative AI instructions, or connections. Customizable links show each step's settings, including condition rules and mappings, but never the sharer's connections or credentials.
  • As with every workflow run, Kovca keeps run metadata only, never inputs or outputs.

Customizing during a trial

Workflows you generate can always be customized; shared links can when the sharer allows it. Click any step to change its settings: HTTP request URL, headers, and body, conditions and text, mappings, input fields, Decision AI decisions, and Generative AI instructions. Changes go to your own copy, never the original, and your next run uses them. Steps can't be added, removed, or reconnected until you save it to your workspace.

HTTP request steps still don't send anything during a trial: each run shows the exact request the step would have sent, then uses its sample response. Don't put real secrets in a trial; save it to your workspace to store credentials in an encrypted connection. Your changes come with it.

Saving to your workspace

Save to your workspace asks you to sign up or sign in, then adds the workflow to your workspace: its steps, layout, and examples, with any custom AI nodes copied in. It's published right away unless it has HTTP request steps, which stay unpublished until you point them at your own services (the sharer's connections are never copied). From then on it runs on your workspace's keys and plan (Free includes 5,000 credits a month), like any workflow.

  • For a workflow you described yourself, it moves into your workspace.
  • For a shared link, you get a copy. The original and its link never change, so nobody can take a workflow over by opening its link.
  • A copy includes the steps, logic, and custom AI nodes, but never the sharer's connections, credentials, or HTTP request URLs, headers, and query values.
  • Saving it doesn't reset the trial's allowance.
