Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026.
These terms govern your use of kovca.io, the Kovca developer dashboard, and the Kovca APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it's been exposed.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
Using the APIs
- You may call the APIs from your own applications and services.
- Stay within rate and size limits, and don't try to bypass them, probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other customers.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, or send content you don't have the right to process.
- Don't resell raw API access or use the Service to build a competing API.
Your data
You keep all rights to the content you send. You give Kovca permission to process it only to provide the Service. We don't store request or response content; see the Privacy Policy and Security pages.
Results are advisory
API results are automated recommendations. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they aren't legal, financial, or other professional advice. You're responsible for how your application uses them, including any decision that affects your customers. Use the review flags in each response to route uncertain cases to a person.
Early access
The Service is in early access. Features, limits, and APIs may change, and we may introduce usage-based pricing. We'll publish prices on the pricing page and give notice before billing begins.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during early access.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if your use puts the Service or others at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Kovca isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We'll post changes to these terms here and update the date above. For material changes we'll notify you by email.
